P5/6 were delighted to welcome back David Scanlon from the North West Cricket Union on Friday.
David will be coaching three classes in our school over the next number of weeks.
It was truly heartwarming to see all the children involved in sport and team games again after such a lengthy absence. The weather was also on our side as our first coaching session was in the glorious sunshine.
P5/6 would like to say a huge thank you to Mrs Hay for organising the coaching sessions and to David for a terrific first session.
Hopefully the beautiful weather continues.
