P5/6 Engineering!

Mrs Hay set P5/6 a challenge today.  They had to build a waterslide for a duplo character.  The waterslide had to work and it had to be at least 30cm high and 30cm long.  The children were randomly divided into groups of three and four and given a selection of materials to use.  They were developing their problem solving, team work, negotiating and engineering skills as well as improving their measuring.  They had great fun and made some amazing slides.  Well done P5/6.
