Today the P2/3 and P4/5 classes had a joint learning session on St. Valentine. We watched the story of his life then split into mixed aged groups to complete a Valentine fact poster with questions, pictures, a word search and a code breaker message to complete. Each group decided amongst themselves who was to do each task so that all would be finished by 3pm. It was great to see super examples of team work, sharing, and lovely displays of patience when working with younger children. Sadly our P2 children had to leave at 2pm but their teams got stuck in and finished the project posters on time. These will be on display in the hall during our Valentine's Disco. Well done P2/3 and P4/5, great work!
