Today was Mrs Hay's last teaching day with P4/5 before the Christmas holidays so we had a Christmas party day :-)
We finished our winter paintings which we think turned out AMAZINGLY! We had to mix colours to produce darkening shades of blue for our winter sky and add silhouettes to our picture. We could use black paint or mixed media for this - our choice.
We played 'Light up your Christmas tree' times tables game, we played Christmas Lotto and we played Charades (which was really really funny)! Mrs Hay treated the boys and girls to some snacks for our party too and we listened to lots of Christmas music.
What a great day!
