We were shocked and we think you will be shocked too! We were investigating how much sugar there is in some of our favourite drinks and we couldn't believe it! Have a look at our photos and see how much sugar you are drinking. After that we created a healthy plate and an unhealthy plate. Now that we know how much sugar is in our drinks we will definitely need to be more careful with our soft-drink choices!
