A huge congratulations to all children who read, read, read and quizzed like crazy to reach their individual Accelerated Reading Targets this term.
Today we had a Christmas Party game afternoon as a reward for all their hard work.
As you can see from the photos the children had a great time and enjoyed some snacks too. All too soon the 3pm bell rang but fun was had and they all assure me they're going to reach next term's target too!
If your child didn't quite reach their target this time remember that Accelerated Reading books can be read at home and children are able to take quizzes between 8.30am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Maybe we'll have even more children to reward at the end of our next term!
