P1 & P2 Pancake Tuesday

Primary 1 and 2 were very busy on Tuesday morning cooking pancakes for snack. The boys and girls topped their delicious pancakes with sugar and lemon or strawberry sauce, yum! No doubt we have future chefs in this class as the P1 children were able to order the instructions independently and Primary 2 wrote their own instructions for pancake recipe. Have a look below to see the children measuring the ingredients using a cup, whisking and stirring up a frenzy of smooth pancake batter and cooking them on the pan, you might even see Miss Sayers trying to flip the pancake without dropping, thankfully!
