The Aims and Objectives of the school are:
- To create a happy, caring, disciplined framework where our children may develop to theirfull potential;
- To diagnose each child’s potential and provide opportunities to develop this to the full;
- To promote the health and well being of all children;
- To encourage a love of reading and develop good reading habits/skills and to help children to communicate clearly and confidently and listen with understanding;
- To help the children develop all types of mathematical skills and be able to apply these to problem solving;
- To afford children the opportunity to develop a range of I.C.T skills and experiences.
- To ensure that all children experience some degree of success and satisfaction from their school life;
- To develop positive values of consideration for others and tolerance and understanding of others views and ideals;
- To encourage children to be honest, obedient and respectful of others;
- To value and develop the relationship between child, parent and school as fundamental in the learning process;
- To maintain and encourage further links with the local community;
- To develop the ability to work independently in a responsible manner and at the same time to develop the ability to work as a member of a group or team;
- To promote the religious and moral development of each child by helping them to acquire Christian values, beliefs and attitudes.
