Well, another year has zoomed by.Today we created, 'Feel Good Charts.' Each class member had to write something positive about their class mate.
We thought the chart would make us feel good after finishing school!!
Have a look at the comical comments...
We have also been racing against the clock to complete art projects. We are delighted with our bowls!
Have a look at our other projects... jugs, vases and bowls!
Happy summer holidays from everyone in P.6! Yipee!!
It was time to say farewell to our Primary Seven children this year with our Leavers' Assembly taking place this morning. It turned out to be a very tearful event......maybe they think school isn't so bad after all!!!
General Excellence prizes, Reading Awards and Presentation Awards were all handed out, as well as our big three awards, for Contribution to School Life, Effort in Sport and Academic Excellence.
The winners were:
Contribution to School Life:
Newmanda Dunn
Effort in Sport:
Joe Robinson
Academic Excellence:
Rebecca Campbell
The Awards for the June Pupil of the Month were also given out.
The Science Team who so splendidly won the Science and Technology Challenge at the regional WELB level, travelled to Belfast last week to compete in the NI finals against 24 other schools from across the province. By their own admittance, they had a bit of a disaster towards the end of their alloted time, however, they had a thoroughly enjoyable day out, including a trip around W5!
